The Podere Follona is an idyllic place in the country side, but close to the sea. You have a wonderful view all
over the valley at 360°. The perfect place to relax! As the house is often used from the owners, all is in
perfect shape and made with love, and each apartment has its individual charm.
Podere Follona has 3 apartments: Casa Serena (2 pers.) and Casa Felicita (4/5 pers.) are situated on the
ground floor. Casa Gioia (8 pers.) is in the 1st and 2nd floor. As this one is available for rent only a few
weeks in the year, mainly August, the other apartments have most of the time just one or two other guests
around.
The apartments are well equipped and each has an individual terrace. The beds will be prepared, and each
guest will find something to eat and to drink at arrival as a welcome! Enjoy the Tuscan hospitality, and spend
your relaxing days at Podere Follona. Swimming pool is open for all guests (Eastern - November).
