Equipment of the apartment
The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are prepared at your arrival.
Washing is machine available on request.
A track of ca. 3km brings you to the house.

That's how you can book our apartments in Podere Follona:

·	Send us a booking request per e-mail.
·	We confirm you the disposability and send you attached to the e-mail the contract which

you have to sign and then to send back to us to the fax number mentioned in the e-mail.

·	We ask you to make a bank transfer of the 1st payment of 30% within a week, the rest can

be paid one week before arrival by bank transfer or directly at arrival

·	A description how to arrive we send you after receiving the 1st payment.

General conditions
stay min.: 7 days (main and middle season)
Arrival: Saturday between 4.00pm and 6.00pm; Departure: Saturday max. 10.00am.
Account: 30% per bank transfer; Rest at arrival; Caution of 150€-300€ at arrival.
Final cleaning: 30-60€, towels and bed sheets are included.
Heating: 10€ per day (if necessary)
Dogs are allowed on request.
