·	We confirm you the disposability and clear all details.
·	We ask you to make the payment by bank transfer. 1st payment of 30% within a week, the

rest can be paid on arrival.

·	The exact address and how to reach the apartment we send you before ariving.

General conditions
minimum stay: 3 days
Arrival and departure after agreement.
Account: 30% per bank transfer; Rest at arrival; Caution of 150€ at arrival.
Final cleaning: 50€, towls and bed sheets are included.
Heating: 5€ per day (if necessary)

Site seeing
Within a short walk you will find the splendid Basilica of Santa Croce, the Jewish Synagogue, the grocery market in Piazza Ghiberti, the church S.Ambrogio and the colourful Pulci [flea market].
Strolling through lively streets brings you quickly to the Duomo, the Piazza Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and other famous museums of the city.
